We use organic ingredients when available and we are gathering as many GMO free ingredients as we can find. We use recycled containers and napkins to help reduce our carbon footprint. Our meats are naturally raised, vegetarian feed, humanely treated and without antibiotics. Basically we care about how you eat!
We are Todd Lewis and Roxanne Sullivan. Todd is originally from the Pacific North West where his heart remains. He is a certified chef and wine sommelier with decades in and around the restaurant business here in St. Louis. He has a passion for cooking. Roxanne is originally from the East Coast. She has a love of people and entertaining. Coming from opposite ends of the country they met fell in LOVE and decided to bring their passion of food and entertaining to the masses! We bought a Food Truck!!!!!
